Tactics It Solutions

Tactics It Solutions is based out of the TNHB Flats in Mogappair East, Chennai. We are in the 6th Block, at 43/22. It’s a residential area, so our office feels a lot like a home. We have computers set up in the main rooms, and there’s always a faint hum of cooling fans in the background. Being in Chennai, it can get quite humid, so we usually have the windows open or the AC struggling to keep up. We do a lot of tech work here, mostly fixing things or setting up systems for people. It’s not a corporate headquarters with a reception desk; you basically just walk into where we are working. We have cables everywhere and spare parts on the shelves. Sometimes we lose track of time when we are trying to solve a tricky IT problem. The neighbors are nice, and we try not to be too loud when we are working late. It’s a local business through and through. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us, some tools, and our computers. We’ve been in this flat for a while, and it suits us just fine. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of equipment delivered, but we make it work. We just take things one day at a time and try to help out anyone who comes by with a tech issue. There is always plenty to do.
