If you look for us in Parrys, you will find us at No : 16 Shiva Complex on the ground floor. Our door number is 92 on Govindappa Naicken Street. It is a very crowded street, always full of people, handcarts, and two-wheelers trying to squeeze through. Our shop is quite small and it is packed with boxes of all sizes. There isn't much room to move around once you get inside. We have been here for a long time, and we know the rhythms of the market perfectly. We don't have any fancy displays or a showroom feel. It’s just stacks of inventory and a couple of desks where we handle the orders and the billing. It gets quite hot and dusty because the street is so busy, but we keep the fans going and just get on with our work. We deal with many different types of products, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what a customer is asking for in the piles. We have some regular customers who have been buying from us for decades. They know the way to our door despite how chaotic the street can be. We don't spend time on branding or mission statements; we just focus on getting the goods out and making sure the counts are right.
