Our place is on Thambu Lane in Chennai, right on the first floor. It is one of those old-style streets where everything feels a bit crowded but familiar. Being in the 600013 zip code area means we are right in the thick of it. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have the usual setup with computers and desks where everyone sits to do their tasks. It gets a bit noisy during the peak hours because the street outside is always full of people and vehicles. We don't have those big glass walls you see in the newer parts of the city. Here, it is more about getting the job done in a practical way. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful if you are carrying boxes. Most of us have been working here for quite some time now. We know the local tea seller downstairs and usually grab a drink there when we need a break. It's a busy atmosphere most days. We handle a lot of different things throughout the week. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough space for all the paperwork, but we manage. People know us as a regular spot in the neighborhood. It isn't a polished corporate building, just a workspace where we spend our nine to five. The light in the afternoons is actually quite nice through the side windows.
