Skylark Manpower Consultancy is located at No. 172/173 on the 4th Main Road in Kkr Garden, Madavaram. We have a small office here where we spend most of our time on the phone or looking at various resumes on the computer. It’s a relatively quiet neighborhood compared to the main city, which is nice because it lets us focus. People come in looking for jobs and we try to see where they might fit. There is always a lot of paperwork to deal with, and sometimes the printer jams right when we need it most. We have a few chairs for visitors and a desk that usually has way too many files on it. It’s just a regular group of us working here. We aren’t some big corporate firm with glass walls; it’s just a practical space where we get things done. Madavaram can get a bit dusty with all the trucks moving around, but our street stays okay. We drink a lot of tea while we go through applications. Sometimes the days are long when we have a lot of people to talk to. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a place where people come to find work and we do our best to help them out with the positions we know about. That is pretty much the daily life here at Skylark in Kkr Garden.
