Skill Bunch Events Manpower

We are located over in Irumbuliyur, Tamizhagam. Skill Bunch Events Manpower is basically what the name says. We find people to work at different events and functions around here. It started because we noticed how hard it was for organizers to find decent help when they have a big crowd coming. We have a list of folks who are ready to work, whether it’s for carrying stuff, setting up chairs, or helping with the food and serving people. The office isn't much to look at, mostly just us on our phones trying to coordinate everyone’s schedule. It can get pretty chaotic when three events happen on the same weekend. We spend a lot of time talking to young people looking for part-time work and making sure they know where to show up. Sometimes people don't show, and we have to scramble to find a replacement, which is just part of the job. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and the locals know where to find us if they need extra hands for a party or a local festival. It’s a lot of logistics and checking names off lists. We don't use any fancy software, just notebooks and a lot of memory. It works for us and keeps the events running like they should. We just try to make sure the work gets done and everyone gets paid at the end of the day.
