We are located at number 123 on New Pillaiyar Koil Street, which is part of SP Avenue in Poonamallee. If you are familiar with Chennai, you know this area stays pretty busy throughout the day. Our office is a place where a lot of people come to work every single day. We are part of a larger organization, but inside these walls, it’s just us trying to stay on top of our tasks. The street outside can get quite loud with traffic and people visiting the local shops. It’s a standard office building with plenty of desks and computers. We spend a lot of time on headsets, talking to people from all over. The air conditioning is the most important thing in the building because of the Chennai heat. We have a cafeteria where most of us hang out during lunch, and that’s where the real talk happens. It’s not some polished corporate environment; it’s a place where real people are working hard. We have shifts that run at all hours, so the building never really sleeps. Some people like the night shift because it’s quieter on the roads when they go home. There is always a sense of movement here. We don’t have time for a lot of fluff. We just focus on the work in front of us and try to get through the day's goals without too much trouble. It’s a solid place to work in a busy part of town.
