We've been at 33 Kamaraj Avenue for quite a while now. Some people still use the old number 16 for the address, but we're easy to find on 2nd Street in Adyar. It’s a busy area and we like being part of the neighborhood here. We do a lot of building work and development around this part of the city. Usually, there's a lot of noise and dust involved when we get going on a project, but that's just how construction is. We have a small team here in the office. Most of the time we’re out on sites checking how things are moving along. It’s not always easy keeping everything on schedule, especially with the weather or when supplies get delayed at the port. People come in to talk about houses or maybe some renovation work they’re thinking about. We try to be straightforward about what can be done and how much it’ll actually cost. Sometimes things take longer than expected, and we just tell people that. We aren't a huge firm with fancy suits. Just people who know how to put bricks together and make sure the foundation is solid. Adyar has changed a lot since we started, and we've seen many new buildings go up while older ones get pulled down. We keep our paperwork here and usually have someone around during the day if you want to drop by and chat about a plot of land or a plan for a new house.
