Sunshine Groups

Sunshine Groups is based out of an apartment, specifically No. C1 in the Ananthi Apartments on Pillaiyarkoil Street. If you are familiar with Jafferkhanpet in Chennai, you will know the area is quite lively and full of small businesses and homes. Our office is basically a residential unit that we have turned into a workspace. It gives the whole place a very informal and friendly feeling. We have a few desks set up in the main living area and use the other rooms for storage and meetings. Being in an apartment means we have to be mindful of our neighbors, so we try to keep the noise down. The street outside is often busy with people going to the nearby temple or shops. We usually have the fans running at full speed because of the Chennai heat, and the smell of jasmine or cooking often drifts in from the balconies nearby. It is a modest setup, but it suits us perfectly because we are not fans of big, cold office buildings. We handle a variety of different tasks here, and there is usually a lot of paperwork to sort through every day. Most of us live fairly close by, so the commute isn't too bad. We have been at this address for a while now and have become a small part of the local Jafferkhanpet community. It is a comfortable place to work and we enjoy being in this neighborhood.
