We are located over in West Saitapet on Kumaran Colony, which is a busy little part of Chennai. Our office at number 43 is where we keep all the tools and parts for the medical equipment we work on. It gets pretty hot here in the summer, so the AC is always running, though it makes a bit of a rattling noise. We spend a lot of our time looking at small parts under bright lights or testing sensors on different machines. It’s technical work, and the desks are usually covered in manuals and screwdrivers. We don't have a big showroom or anything; it's mostly a place for fixing things and keeping track of service calls. The street outside can get quite narrow with scooters parked everywhere, so getting deliveries in can be a bit of a struggle sometimes. We usually have a quick lunch from the tiffin carrier and then get back to whatever repair is on the bench. It’s a steady kind of life, dealing with hospitals and clinics around the city. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors all know us. It’s just a small team of us doing our bit to keep the machines running like they should. Nothing too fancy, just honest work with a lot of wires and circuit boards involved every day.
