Sundram Driving School

We are located at No. 112A in Periyar Nagar, Chennai. Our driving school is very close to the Periyar Nagar Bus Terminus, which is helpful for students who don't have their own way to get to us yet. We spend most of our time out in the cars, teaching people the basics of how to drive. The traffic around the bus terminus can be quite a lot, but it’s actually a good way for people to learn how to handle real-world situations. We aren't a big, polished academy with a lot of rules and fancy classrooms. We just have a small office where we handle the license forms and schedule the lessons. Most of the people who come to us are locals from Periyar Nagar or the surrounding areas. We try to be patient with everyone, especially the ones who are a bit scared of the busy Chennai roads. It’s a simple business and we’ve been doing it this way for a long time. You won't find any big advertisements for us, just a sign near our door. We think it’s better to just focus on the teaching and let people learn at their own pace. If you’re near the bus terminus, you’ve probably seen our cars driving around. We’re just a regular part of the neighborhood, helping people get mobile and confident on the road. We stay busy with the classes and the regular office work.
