Sun Industries

Sun Industries is situated at No 1/2 on Bharathidasan Street. We are in the Vivekananda Nagar part of Kodungaiyur, not too far from the Mkb Nagar Bridge. It’s a local neighborhood and we’ve become part of the scenery over the years. The bridge is a good reference point for people trying to find us for the first time. Our shop is where we handle various industrial tasks. It’s not a quiet place. Between the machines running and the general noise of the street, it’s always lively. We have a few guys working here who live just a few streets away. We keep things pretty simple. There’s a lot of heavy lifting and some days are definitely harder than others, especially when the humidity is high. We don't have a fancy reception area. You just walk in and find someone near the machines or in the small back room. The floor is usually stained with oil and there’s always a pile of scrap in the corner waiting to be moved. We like being in this part of town. There’s a good sense of community among the businesses here. We just focus on the daily tasks, making sure the orders are moving along. It’s a basic workshop but it serves us well. We’ve been at this address for a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon. We just keep the lights on and the work going from Monday to Saturday. It's a steady rhythm that we have gotten used to every day.
