We are located at No. 113 in the Royal Garden area of Kattupakkam. Summit Hr Outsourcing India Pvt Ltd has been running from this spot for a while now. Kattupakkam is on the outskirts of Chennai, so it’s a bit quieter than being right in the middle of T. Nagar or something. We mostly deal with hiring and helping companies manage their people. The office is just a regular house that we converted into a workspace. It’s got a small garden out front, though we don't always have time to look after the plants. Inside, there are desks pushed together and lots of phones ringing. We talk to people all day, trying to find the right person for the right job. It can be tiring, but it’s interesting to hear everyone’s story. We don't use a lot of fancy corporate talk here. We just speak plainly to the candidates and the businesses we work with. It’s a practical business. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep the paperwork from piling up too high. The neighbors are nice and they don't mind us being here. We aren't a giant multinational firm. We’re just a local team doing HR work from a quiet corner of Tamil Nadu. It’s a steady job and we like the people we work with every day.
