Sumac Kitchen Llp

Sumac Kitchen Llp is a small place located at Old No 10, New No 17A on 6th Main Road in Raja Annamalai Puram. It’s a busy spot in Chennai, and we spend most of our time in the back where the actual work happens. It gets pretty hot here in the 600028 area, so the fans are always on full blast. We aren't some giant factory with hundreds of people, just a local group trying to get orders out on time. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the narrow road and neighbors get a bit annoyed, but we always try to sort it out quickly. We’ve been here for a while now and the floors show it. There is usually some flour or a bit of spice on someone’s apron by the end of the shift. It is definitely not a fancy office with glass walls or shiny furniture. Just a kitchen that smells like whatever we are cooking that day. We have a few tables that are mostly covered in paperwork or half-finished tasks. It’s a bit messy but we know where everything is kept. People stop by sometimes thinking it’s a walk-in restaurant, but we usually have to tell them we are just busy working on specific orders. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy slogans. It’s just us, the stove, and the list of things to do. We try to keep things simple and just get the job done.
