Success Gyan Academy is located on Bhagirathi Ammal Street. If you’re looking for us, we’re at New No. 24, which used to be number 30. T. Nagar is always packed with people, so getting to the office can be an adventure. It’s a lively neighborhood to work in. We run an academy where we do a lot of training programs. The office is usually humming with activity. We have people coming in for sessions and meetings throughout the week. It’s not a very big space, so it can feel a bit crowded when we have a full house. We have some whiteboards that are always covered in scribbles and notes. There’s a lot of talking going on here. We don’t really have a strict dress code; it’s more about getting the work done. We drink a lot of tea from the place down the street. The building itself is older, but we’ve made it comfortable inside. It’s a practical place to work. We spend our time organizing events and making sure the trainers have what they need. It’s a lot of coordination and some stress, but it’s interesting. We’ve been at this spot for some time now and most of the locals know where we are. We try to keep our schedule organized but sometimes things get shifted around at the last minute when someone is running late.
