India Reigns is based at No. B18 10th. It’s the kind of place where we just get down to business without much fanfare. The office at B18 is where the team spends most of the week, surrounded by the usual office gear like printers, stacks of paper, and computers that have seen better days. It’s not a massive space, but it’s ours, and we’ve set it up so everyone has a corner to work in. Being on the 10th means we’re a bit removed from the noise of the street, which helps when things get busy and we need to concentrate. The elevator is sometimes a bit slow, so we’ve learned to leave a few minutes early if we’re heading out for lunch. Inside India Reigns, the atmosphere is pretty casual. We aren't big on formal meetings or long speeches; we just talk across the desks when something needs to be sorted out. There’s always a bit of a mess with cables or folders, but we know where everything is. The daily routine at No. B18 10th is pretty steady—we show up, drink some coffee, and get through the list of things that need doing. It’s a practical environment for a group of people who just want to get their work finished and do a decent job. We’ve made this space work for us, and it feels like the right home for India Reigns.
