Chaitraniya

Our place, Chaitraniya, is located at No:5 on New Vinagayar Koil Street. We are in Ajs Colony, which is over in Nanganallur. If you are familiar with the area, we are quite close to the Modern School. It’s a residential-feeling spot, so it stays fairly calm compared to the main roads. The street is named after the temple nearby. We have been at this address for a good while. The office is basically just a few rooms where we handle all our business. It’s nothing spectacular to look at from the outside, just a typical Chennai building. We spend a lot of time here, usually starting early in the morning. You can hear the school bells and the kids sometimes, which reminds us of the time of day. We aren’t trying to be some big corporate firm. We are just local people working in the neighborhood. We keep things pretty simple. There’s a lot of paperwork and we usually have the radio or some music playing in the background while we work. Nanganallur is a comfortable place to be based. People around here are friendly and it’s easy to get what you need. If you are looking for us, just head towards Modern School and then look for New Vinagayar Koil Street. We are right there at number five. It’s a straightforward setup. No marketing teams or anything, just us doing the daily grind and trying to keep things moving forward. We usually close up once the sun goes down.
