Our shop is at Plot No. 49 on Rajaji Salai, which is right in the heart of Parrys. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets near the Clive Battery Bus Stop. We are right in the thick of it. At Sss Equipments, we deal with all kinds of machinery and tools that people need for their daily jobs. The noise from the street is constant, with buses and bikes constantly zooming past, but we have grown fond of the chaos. It feels like the real Chennai down here. Our space is packed tight with boxes and equipment; there isn't much room for sitting around. We spend our mornings unloading shipments and our afternoons helping customers figure out which tool fits their specific needs. It is not a shiny showroom. It is a working warehouse where things get moved around every single day. We do not bother with fancy displays. If you want to see something, we just pull it out of the crate for you. Most of the people who come in are regulars who have been buying from us for years. They know we are right by the bus stop and that we stay open until the evening rush is over. Sometimes the rain floods the street a bit, but we just put up the boards and keep going. It is just how things are at Parrys, and we are used to the rhythm of this busy corner.
