Srinivasa Engineering Works

We are over at No 73 in Sathya Nagar, specifically on 2nd Street in Padi. Srinivasa Engineering Works is basically just a workshop where we handle metal and parts. The street can get a bit crowded with bikes and people, so it’s sometimes hard to park right in front. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a long time. The workshop floor is always covered in small metal shavings and oil spots, no matter how much we sweep it up at the end of the shift. We have some old machines that still work perfectly fine if you know how to handle them right. My brother and I usually open up early in the morning before it gets too hot. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room, so if someone comes by, they just walk right into the shop. We do a lot of repairs and custom bits for people around here. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour, and we just sit outside on the stools and wait for it to come back on. It’s part of living in Padi, I guess. We take pride in just getting the work done without making a big fuss about it. The tools are well-used and have been with us since we opened. It’s a decent living and we like the people we deal with every day.
