Sri Annai Driving School

Medavakkam Main Road is a very busy stretch of road in Chennai. Our school is located at No 1/113, right near the Blood Bank. There are always people walking back and forth and bikes zooming by. We have to be very careful every time we pull out of our driveway with a student. Most of our learners are local folks from Ullagaram or Nanganallur. We see a lot of different people, from young kids who just turned eighteen to older adults who never had the chance to learn before. We like the mix of people we get to meet. Our cars have seen a lot of miles and a lot of different drivers. We keep them running as best as we can because they are how we make our living. We don't use any complicated words when we are teaching. We just tell people where to put their feet and how to turn the wheel. It is all very practical. Sometimes the heavy rains in Chennai make the roads a real mess, but we still go out for lessons. You have to learn how to drive in the rain eventually. The office is very simple with just a few chairs and a table for the paperwork. We handle the RTO work so the students don't have to worry about it.
