Sree Vijee Industries

Our place is located at 344 in the Sidco Industrial Estate over in Ambattur. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know it’s nothing but rows of factories and small sheds. We fit right in with the rest of them. The noise of machines running is pretty much the background music of our lives. We’ve got our equipment set up in the back and a small space in the front where we handle the paperwork. It’s always crowded with materials and half-finished parts. Ambattur is where things get made, and we are glad to have a spot here at Sree Vijee Industries. The power goes out sometimes, and we just wait it out or find something else to clean up. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us trying to keep the machines humming. Some days the sun beats down on the metal roof and it gets stuffy inside, so we keep the big doors wide open. You can smell the oil and the metal as soon as you walk in. It’s a messy business, but someone has to do it. We get our hands dirty every single day and that’s just how it goes. Most of our neighbors are doing the same thing, so there’s a sense of being in it together. We’ve been at this address for a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon.
