Sprouts Industrial Catering Services Private Limited is located over at Puzhal, right on G.N.T. Road at number 38. We mostly deal with large scale cooking because that’s what industrial catering is all about. It’s a big operation because we have to feed a lot of people at once. The location on the main road makes it easier for the trucks to come and go when we’re sending out the food. We spend most of our day managing large vats of food and making sure everything is timed correctly. It’s not like cooking at home where you can just take your time. Here, everything has to move fast. We have a solid crew who knows their way around a big kitchen. Sometimes the heat in there is something else but you get used to it after a few weeks. We’ve been at this address for a bit and it works well for what we do. We don’t really have a fancy front desk or anything because most of our work is in the back. If you’re driving down G.N.T. Road you might see us, but we’re usually too busy inside to notice much of the traffic. It’s a lot of responsibility making sure hundreds of meals are ready at the same time every single day. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It's a practical business and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We are just a group of people working hard to get the job done.
