Our office is in Royapettah, right behind New College. If you’re looking for Old No 67 on Ammayappan Street, you’ll find us there, though the new number is 16. It’s a busy part of Chennai. There’s always someone honking outside or a student walking by. Inside, it’s mostly just desks piled with folders and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. Most days start with someone trying to fix the fan that makes a clicking noise. We do entertainment stuff, which means there’s often gear sitting in the corners. It’s not a fancy corporate setup by any means. We drink a lot of tea from the stall down the road. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, but we manage. People stop by and ask for directions because the street layout can be a bit confusing with the old and new numbers. It’s a practical space where we get things done without much fuss. We’ve got a small team and everyone knows where everything is, even if it looks messy to an outsider. It’s just how we work here in this corner of Royapettah, keeping things moving every day between the phone calls and the paperwork. We keep our schedules on a big paper calendar taped to the wall because it's easier than checking a phone all the time.
