Sowdhaa Driving School

We've been at the Purasawalkam spot for a while now. The address is New No. 220, Old No. 191, right by the Vasanth & Co building. Driving is one of those things you just have to do to get around Chennai. It's busy out there on the roads. People come to us when they want to learn how to handle a car without getting too stressed out. We spend a lot of time in the driver's seat. It's mostly about getting used to the clutch and the gears and the way traffic flows. Some days it's hot, some days it's rainy, but we keep going. The shop isn't anything fancy. It's just a place where we keep the books and talk to people about their classes. We've seen all sorts of learners. Some pick it up fast, others take a bit more time. That's fine. Everyone learns at their own pace. We try to be patient because we know how it feels the first time you're behind the wheel with a bus right behind you. It's a lot to take in. We just focus on the basics and making sure people feel okay when they go for their test. If you're walking around the neighborhood near Purasawalkam, you'll probably see our cars moving around. We try to keep things simple here. Just teaching people to drive and helping with the paperwork. It keeps us busy most days of the week and we enjoy the work.
