You can find our shop on the ground floor of Bharani Apartments. The address is A3-D, 362, 100 Ft By-Pass in Vijayanagar, Velachery. We are right there on the busy bypass road. It’s a good spot for people to pick up medical equipment. We have a lot of things crammed into the ground floor space. There are wheelchairs, monitors, and all sorts of supplies stacked up. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes. We try to keep it organized so we can find things quickly. People come in looking for specific items for their homes or small clinics. We spend a lot of time explaining how the different machines work. It’s important they know what they are doing. The traffic on 100 Ft Road is always moving, so there’s a lot of noise from outside. We’ve been here in Velachery for a few years now. Most people know us as the place with the medical stuff in the window. We aren't a big chain store. It’s just a local operation. Sometimes we have to go out and deliver the bigger items to people’s houses. Loading the truck in the heat is the toughest part of the day. We just keep going until the list is done. If we don’t have something in stock, we try to get it in. It’s a straightforward business. We just sell the tools people need for health care.
