At Nestronics India Pvt, we are based at No: 61 on 17th Avenue. This is inside the D.A.E. Township in Kalpakkam, zip code 603102. Being in the township means it is a very planned and quiet area to work in. There are lots of trees around and the roads are mostly clear. Our building is a simple one, much like the others on 17th Avenue. We spend our days inside mostly, working through whatever projects are on the table. It is the kind of place where you hear the birds more than the traffic. We have a small team here. Everyone knows each other’s business and we help out when someone gets stuck on a task. It’s not a place with a lot of hierarchy or people in suits. We wear what’s comfortable and focus on the technical side of things. Sometimes we go for a short walk around the township during lunch just to get some air. The humidity from the coast can be a bit much during the summer months, but we have our fans and we manage just fine. There isn’t much drama here. We just come in, do what we are supposed to do, and go home to our families. It’s a very stable and predictable place to be, which suits us just fine. We like it here.
