Down in Periyakulam, specifically on V. R. B Naidu Street at number 118, is where Jaysar Electronics India Pvt Ltd is located. It’s a busy street and finding a parking spot can be a real headache some mornings. We have been here in Tamil Nadu for a while. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a regular brick and mortar place where we spend our days. Electronics can be complicated, but we try to keep our part of it as simple as possible. We’ve got a small team here. We don't use big fancy words or have long meetings about nothing. Usually, we just talk over our lunch or while fixing something. The shop floor is always a bit cluttered because that’s just how it goes when you’re working with parts and tools. Sometimes the delivery truck comes late and we have to stay a bit longer to unload everything. Nobody really complains much though. We just want to make sure the work is finished right. The tea stall down the road is where we usually go when we need a break from the soldering and the screens. It’s hot work, especially in the afternoons. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy letters for us. We just write down what we did and move on to the next thing. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. It's just simple work.
