You will find Simtex Interior Solution up on the Iiird Floor of the Mamanjee Building. We are located within the Thiruvika Industrial Estate. It is right near the Labour Colony. Being on the third floor means we have to climb a lot of stairs every day, which keeps us moving. The building is older but it is quite solid. We have been in this industrial estate for quite a while now. It’s a busy place with lots of manufacturing and workshops all around. You can always hear the sound of machines or people working nearby. Our space is mostly taken up by samples and desks. It’s not a showroom where everything is perfect. It’s a workspace where we actually get things done. We don’t have any fancy signs or a receptionist waiting at the door. You just walk in and find one of us. We talk to people in a normal way without any of that corporate fluff. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we just take the stairs. It’s a practical place for a practical business. We know the other tenants in Mamanjee Building pretty well. Most of us are just trying to run our businesses and take care of our families. We like being in this part of town because it feels real. There is no pretense here, just people working hard and getting things sorted out for the day.
