Our facility is at number 3 in Laxinath Nagar, located right off Churu Road. It is a fairly open area and we have a decent amount of space for our operations. The building is a simple industrial structure that has seen a bit of weather over the years. Inside, it’s mostly open floor space where the production happens. We don’t have much in the way of decoration, just the necessary signs for safety and directions. The walk from the main road can be a bit dusty in the dry season, and the wind tends to blow across the open ground nearby. We have a small group of office staff who handle the orders and the logistics from a few desks near the front entrance. Most of the day is spent managing the workflow and making sure the machines are running as they should. We have a small courtyard area where workers can take a break and sit in the shade. It’s not a high-tech looking place, but it serves its purpose well enough for what we do. We’ve been here for a while and have a good rhythm going with our daily tasks. The locals know us, and we mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the work. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows what they need to do without being told every five minutes. The gate stays open during the day for deliveries and there is always someone around to sign for the incoming materials. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
