We are over at No. 23 Eswaran Kovil Street, right in the Thenneri Post area. It’s a quiet street for the most part, except when there’s a festival at the temple nearby. We handle a variety of service calls from here. It’s not a huge operation, just a small office where we take calls and keep our tools. Most of the day we are out on the road visiting customers at their homes or businesses. We deal with repairs and maintenance stuff. The office is really just a place to park the van and grab whatever parts we need for the next job. Sometimes it’s hard to find certain parts, so we have to call around different suppliers in the city. Thenneri is a nice place to work from because it’s not as chaotic as the center of town. We’ve been at this for a while, so most of the locals know where to find us if something breaks down. We don't do any big advertising. Usually, someone just tells their neighbor about us. The desk in the office is a bit of a mess with receipts and old logbooks. We try to keep a schedule, but jobs often take longer than we think they will. That’s just the nature of repair work. We just show up, see what the problem is, and try to get it fixed so people can get back to their day. It’s honest work.
