We are based in Kodambakkam at 32/375 Arcot Road. The office is S-Ias Success Academy Llp. Being in Chennai-600024 means we are right in the middle of a very busy area. Arcot Road always has something going on, which makes it easy for students to find us. We focus on IAS exam prep because that's what people in this city are often looking for. The academy isn't a five-star hotel; it's a place with desks, chairs, and books. We spend most of our time going over syllabus materials and talking to aspirants. It’s a serious environment because the exams are hard. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us teachers and the staff making sure the schedules are right. The building is older, but it works for what we need. You can hear the buses and horns from Arcot Road all day long. It's just part of being in Kodambakkam. We keep the doors open for anyone who wants to sit down and study. It’s a lot of long hours, especially when exams are coming up. We try to keep the atmosphere down-to-earth. We are just a group of people helping others try to get into the civil services from our spot here in Chennai. It’s hard work for everyone involved. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things organized for the students who come here.
