The street is a typical Chennai road, narrow and often quite busy with people and scooters. We’ve been in this building for many years. It’s a simple, local setup. We don’t have a fancy entrance or a lobby. Usually, you just walk in and one of us is there to help. The rooms are a bit small, but we make them work for what we do. We know most of the neighbors on the street, and it feels like a real community. Sometimes the noise from the temple or the street comes inside, but we don't mind. It’s just the sound of the city. We aren't into big marketing or polished presentations. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to keep things moving. The office can get a bit warm in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day. It’s an honest, no-frills kind of place. Most people find out about us through word of mouth. We’ve lived and worked in Chennai for a long time, so we’re used to the way things are here. It’s just our regular daily life in Perambur. Sometimes we have tea outside with the shopkeepers nearby when we have a free moment.
