We are tucked away in HSR Layout, specifically at 327 on 17th B Main. If you know Bangalore, you know how tricky the traffic can be getting into the 3rd Sector sometimes, especially when it rains. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle career stuff every day. People walk in looking for advice or help finding a job, and we do what we can to help them out. It’s mostly just sitting down and talking through what someone is actually good at doing. We’ve got a lot of files and a few computers that have seen better days, but they do the job. The area is nice because there are plenty of cafes and small shops nearby when we need a break from the screen. We don't have a big HR department or any fancy reception area; it's just a small group of us working here. Some days are packed with interviews and phone calls that never seem to end, and other days we’re just catching up on paperwork and cleaning up the office. We deal with all kinds of candidates, from people just out of college who are nervous to those who have been working for years and want a change. It’s interesting to see the different paths people take in their lives. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the desks get a bit cluttered with papers. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city. We just stay here in HSR and keep doing the work. It’s a practical setup, nothing too flashy. We just listen to what people are looking for and see if we can point them in the right direction.
