Shb Fast Food & Restaurant

This is Shb Fast Food & Restaurant over on Triplicane High Road. Our old number was 328 but now it is 54. We are quite close to the D1 Police Station, which most people in Triplicane know. This part of Chennai is incredibly crowded and the streets are very narrow. There is always a lot of movement with people going to the temples or the shops nearby. Our shop is small and we focus on getting fast food out to people who are in a hurry. The heat in Chennai can be really something else, so we have a few fans going to try and keep the air moving. We mostly serve people who work in the local shops or students who are passing by. It’s a lot of fried things and quick snacks that you can eat and then get back to your business. We’ve been in this building for many years. The walls aren't perfectly straight and the paint is a bit old, but it’s our place. My staff and I know the rhythm of the street out there. We know when the police shift changes and when the markets get the busiest. We don't have fancy decorations or a big sign, just enough for people to know we are here. It’s a busy life in Triplicane, and we are just one part of the daily routine for the folks who live here. Most days are loud and sweaty, but we just keep the fryers going.
