Shanti Lal & Co. Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is located right on Nyniappa Naicken Street at number 5. It is a narrow street and usually pretty packed with people and deliveries going back and forth. We have been working out of this building for a long time. It feels like part of the neighborhood now. Our days start early because that’s when the street is most active. We handle pharmaceutical supplies and try to keep everything organized, though it gets a bit chaotic when several shipments arrive at once. The walls are a bit old and the office is tucked away, but it works for us. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. It’s a practical space. Our staff has been with us for years, so we all know how the routine goes. If you walk down Nyniappa Naicken Street, you’ll see our sign. It isn’t very big. Most of the folks around here are used to seeing us move boxes or check lists. We do not have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It is just a desk, some shelves, and a lot of work to do. We prefer staying busy and making sure the supplies get where they need to go. That is basically the whole story of what happens here at number 5. We don't really have a lot of visitors, just the usual delivery guys and regulars who have been coming to this street for decades to do their business.
