Our office is on the 4th floor at 11, Lattice Bridge Road in Adyar. It’s a busy part of the city, and the traffic outside is almost always loud. Alchymars Icm Sm Pvt. Ltd. has been here for some time now. We aren't on the ground floor with a big sign, so you have to look for us. Inside, it’s mostly just people at their desks. We do a lot of technical work, the kind that requires a lot of concentration and coffee. We don't have a corporate cafeteria or anything like that; we just go out to the local spots in Adyar when we’re hungry. It’s a practical workspace. We keep things organized because we have to, but we don't worry too much about the decor. We are more interested in the results of our projects. The team is a mix of younger people and those who have been in the industry for decades. We talk to each other plainly. There’s no need for big corporate buzzwords here. We just say what we mean and try to finish our tasks on time. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s a good one. We like being in Adyar because everything we need is right around the corner. If you ever come up to the 4th floor, you’ll see we’re just a group of regular people working hard.
