Tnphc Limited

Tnphc Limited is based in Chennai, over in the Jafferkhanpet area. You can find us at Nagappan Street, where we occupy a spot in the Kuan Flats. Specifically, it is Plot No T 13 A, B2. This part of Chennai 600 083 is quite residential but has a lot of small businesses tucked away in different corners. Our office is one of those places. It is not a high-rise building with a glass facade. It’s a regular apartment-style office that feels very much like the neighborhood it is in. We have been here for a while and the staff knows the local tea stalls and the best places to get a quick lunch. There is no corporate gloss at our workplace. We have desks that have seen better days and files stacked up in the corners. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we are more focused on getting the work done. The atmosphere is quite relaxed, and we talk to each other like regular people rather than using formal titles all the time. Chennai can get incredibly humid, so the fans are always running in our office. We just take each day as it comes. There are no complicated mission statements on the walls. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it seems to work for us. Being in Jafferkhanpet keeps us connected to the city without being in the middle of the heavy downtown traffic.
