Our office is over at J-70 on 15th Main in Anna Nagar. If you know Chennai, you know Anna Nagar is a pretty established place, and being on 15th Main means we see a lot of people passing by every day. Cholayil Pharmaceuticals has been operating from here for quite some time now. It’s a solid building, nothing too flashy, but it works for what we need to do. We have our desks set up and the phones are usually ringing with something or other. Most of the staff has been around for a long time, so we all know how the daily routine goes. There’s a lot of paperwork and managing the logistics of the medicine and soaps, but we just take it one day at a time. The morning starts with a lot of noise from the street outside, and usually, someone is bringing in coffee for the team. We don’t really have those big glass boardrooms you see in movies. It’s more about stacks of files and people talking across the room to get things sorted. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up when it’s really hot outside, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a place that does its job and looks after the details. It’s a local feel, and we like it that way. Being in this part of the city makes it easy for people to find us.
