We operate Kwality Pharmaceutcals Pvt. Ltd. over on Majitha Road in the Tung Bala area. It’s a bit of a drive out from the main city center, which is nice because it’s a little quieter here. The facility is a functional building where we spend most of our time dealing with lab equipment and production lines. It’s not the most exciting place to look at from the outside, just a solid building with a lot of pipes and vents. Inside, we have to keep everything very clean, so there’s a lot of floor scrubbing and wearing white coats. We have a routine that we follow every day to make sure everything is handled properly. The staff usually brings their own lunch and we eat together in the small breakroom. We’ve been on Majitha Road for quite a while now, and we’ve become a regular part of the landscape in Tung Bala. You’ll see our vans coming and going at all hours. It’s serious work, but we try to keep a relaxed atmosphere among the crew. We don't spend much on big signs or fancy offices; we put our resources into the equipment we use every day. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit muddy, but we manage to get the shipments out regardless. It’s just a group of people working hard to make sure the products are made correctly and everything is up to the standard we need it to be.
