Shankar Home Appliances

Our shop is tucked away at 39/19 on Arumuga Achari Street. It’s not a wide road, so things can get a bit cramped when people are trying to move appliances in and out. Shankar Home Appliances has been a fixture on this street for a while now. We have stoves, mixers, and all sorts of things packed into the space. It’s not a fancy showroom with bright spotlights. It’s more of a place where things are stacked up and you have to know where to look. We spend a lot of time tinkering with parts or explaining how a certain handle works. The street outside is usually full of the sounds of neighbors and other small businesses. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; people just know we’re here on Arumuga Achari Street. Usually, there’s a bit of dust on the boxes, and the floor might need a sweep, but we’re too busy helping whoever just walked in. We open early and usually stay until late, especially if someone needs something fixed before the next day. It’s just us, the tools, and the appliances. We don’t try to act like a big retail chain. We’re just a local shop where we know how to fix things and we know the names of the people who live around the corner. It's a bit cluttered in here, but we know exactly where everything is kept.
