Aries Appliances

Aries Appliances is a small shop located at 241, 3rd Link Street in Nehru NagarKottivakkam. We aren't on the big main road, which is actually kind of nice because it's a bit quieter for us. Our space is filled with all sorts of household things, mostly stuff that people need for their kitchens or bathrooms. Since we are on 3rd Link Street, we get a lot of local residents walking in from the nearby houses. The shop is a bit packed, and we have boxes stacked up in the corners because there never seems to be enough shelf space for everything. Sometimes it’s hard to find a specific spare part, but we usually know exactly which pile it’s hidden in. We have a couple of ceiling fans that hum all day long to keep the air moving, which is necessary in this heat. The neighborhood of Nehru Nagar is pretty friendly, and we know most of our regular customers by name. We don't do much advertising; people just find us by word of mouth or by walking past our door. It's just a simple business where we try to help people get their home appliances working again. Sometimes we have to go out on calls to look at a broken machine at someone's house, so the shop might be closed for a short time. It’s not a fancy showroom with bright lights, just a place where you can get a replacement part or some practical advice on a repair.
