Service Engineer

Our spot is located at number 115 in Sethrakuppam Village. It is a quiet place out here in the Kodanallur Post area near Vandavasi. Being a Service Engineer in a village means you get to know everyone pretty well over time. We aren't tucked away in some high-rise building; we are right here where the local life happens. Sometimes the roads get a bit dusty, and the pace is a lot slower than the big cities, but that suits us just fine. We spend most of our hours looking at parts and trying to make sense of what went wrong with whatever equipment was brought in that morning. It’s mostly just practical stuff. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and tell us what’s broken. Most of the time, we are elbow-deep in grease or looking for a specific tool that somehow went missing on the workbench. It’s just how it goes when you’re fixing things for a living. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and people in the village know us by name now. We try to be helpful and stay out of trouble. There’s no big corporate strategy here, just a lot of tools and a bit of patience to get things running again. If it’s a rainy day, things slow down, but there’s always a backlog of work to keep us busy in the shop. We just take things one day at a time and try to finish what we started.
