Sbm Cuisine Pvt Ltd

The building here on TTK Road is always a bit busy, especially around lunch time. We are located at 45/67 in Alwarpet, which is a place most people around here know pretty well. Sbm Cuisine Pvt Ltd is really just us working in the kitchen and making sure things get done every day. It gets quite hot back there near the stoves, but that is how it goes when you are cooking all day. We have been in this spot for a while now. The traffic outside is constant, and you can hear the horns honking from the street while we prep the vegetables. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. It is mostly just the equipment, the ingredients, and the staff trying to keep up with all the orders. Sometimes the delivery bikes get crowded out front on the sidewalk, but we manage to sort it out eventually. People walk in and out, and the floor stays a bit messy until we can mop it properly at the end of the shift. Alwarpet has changed a lot over the years, but this corner feels the same to us. We just focus on the food and making sure the supplies we get are fresh. There isn't much more to it than that. We open early to get things started and usually stay late cleaning up the pots and pans. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy and we like the routine of it.
