Sali Engineers

We are located over at 77-A Thiruvalluvar Street in the Padi area. Jegadhambigai Nagar is a place where you will find a lot of small workshops and industrial units. Sali Engineers is just one of them. Our space is filled with tools, scrap metal, and the constant sound of machines running. It is definitely not a clean environment. There is oil on the floor and grease on our hands most of the time. We do mechanical work and various repairs. People bring in parts that need fixing or ask us to make something specific for their own machines. We do not have a receptionist. If you come in, you usually have to yell over the noise to get someone’s attention. We have been here for years, and the street has changed a lot, but our shop stays pretty much the same. It is a bit cramped inside because we have so much equipment packed into the space. We work long hours, especially when a customer has an emergency and needs a part fixed immediately. The neighborhood is full of hard-working people. We usually get our lunch from the small stall at the corner of the street. It is a simple life of fixing things and making sure the dimensions are right. We do not do any advertising. Most of our work comes from other businesses in the Padi area who know we can get the job done without any fuss or delays.
