Sajith&Vivek Architects

It is just Sajith and Vivek here at our office in Arumbakam. We have been in the MMDA Colony for a while now. Most days we are just sitting at our desks working on floor plans or looking at building sites nearby in Chennai. It gets busy with all the paperwork and talking to people about where their walls should go. Sometimes the traffic in Arumbakam makes it hard to get to sites on time but we manage. We don't really have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything. It's just a regular place where we keep our rolls of paper and computers. We started this because we like seeing buildings go up correctly. People stop by to ask about house designs or how to fix a leaky roof sometimes. We try to give honest answers even if it's not what they want to hear about the cost. Living and working in the 600 106 area means we know the local soil and how the weather hits the houses here. It's mostly just us trying to get the dimensions right so the builders don't make mistakes. Architecture is a lot of measuring and then measuring again to be sure. We don't use big words to describe what we do. If someone needs a house drawn, they come to P-248 and we sit down to talk about it. That is how it usually goes for us.
