Chokka Architect

Down on 5th Main Road in Kasturibai Nagar, at number 2/3, is where Chokka Architect is located. It’s a simple setup we have here. We’ve been working on buildings in this neighborhood for a while. Mostly, our days consist of sitting at our desks and trying to make lines on a screen turn into someone’s future house. It’s a slow process sometimes. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking if things are being built the way we drew them. It’s not always perfect and mistakes happen on sites, so we spend a lot of time trying to fix those before they become big problems. We don’t have a massive team, just a few people who know their way around a floor plan. The office is usually quiet unless we’re arguing about a structural beam or something like that. We like the vibe here in Kasturibai Nagar. It’s a familiar place and we know the local rules for building around here, which helps a lot. We don't really do the whole high-pressure sales thing. People usually find us because they saw a house we worked on nearby. We just focus on getting the measurements right and making sure the light gets into the rooms. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. We’re just local people doing a job we know how to do without making a big fuss about it.
