Sai Lakshmi Event Management Pvt Ltd is tucked away on Manikandan Street in Madipakkam. We’re located at Plot No 10, Door No 17. It’s a residential-feeling area, which we like because it keeps us grounded. We’ve been doing this for some time now. Even though we have Pvt Ltd in our name, we are just a small group of people who know how to organize things. Madipakkam is a great place to be, though the roads can be a bit narrow for big trucks sometimes. We’ve learned to manage. We don't have a big mission or a glossy brochure. Mostly, people find out about us through word of mouth. We spend our time talking to clients and then running around to find the right supplies. It’s a lot of legwork. Sometimes we’re at the flower market at 4 am, and other times we’re still at a venue at midnight. It’s not an easy job, but it’s never boring. We don't try to sound like a big corporate firm. We just speak plainly. If a plan is going to be difficult to pull off, we tell the customer straight. We value honesty more than a fancy pitch. Our office is a bit cluttered with samples and old files, but we know where everything is. It’s just us, working hard to make sure local events happen the way they should. That’s all there is to it. We just keep going until the work is done.
