We’ve been here at Sagar Restaurant And Catering Private Limited for a while now, up on the first floor at No. 119 Mount Road. If you know Guindy, you know this part of the road gets really busy with people and cars all day. It’s the old number 64 building, right in the middle of all the noise and traffic. We mostly spend our days getting food ready for the people who work around here and handling catering orders when they come in. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular spot where we try to keep things moving. The kitchen gets pretty hot, especially in the afternoons, but we’re used to it by now. Being on Mount Road means there’s always something happening outside the window. We aren't some big corporate chain, just a local team doing the daily grind. Some days it’s quiet, other days we’re running around trying to get catering boxes packed on time. Our address is easy to find if you’re looking for the Guindy area. We just focus on the cooking and making sure the orders are ready for whoever needs them. It’s practical work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’ve stayed in this same spot for quite a bit. It’s just how we do things here, nothing too complicated. We’ve got the regular crowd who stops by and the occasional big order that keeps us on our toes all morning. That’s pretty much the story of our life at the shop.
