We operate out of Manali, specifically on Parthasarathy Street in Chinnasekkadu. We are right opposite the Parash Company, so it’s easy to find if you’re in the neighborhood. This part of Thiruvallur and Chennai is very industrial. There are a lot of trucks and big companies all around us. RSV Engineering Private Limited fits right into this environment. Our office at No 10/2 is more about function than looks. We have some heavy equipment and tools around, as you'd expect for an engineering place. The air can be a bit dusty because of all the construction and industrial work nearby, but that’s just part of life in Manali. We spend a lot of our day dealing with technical things. The building itself is sturdy and handles the noise of the area well. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working in this field for a long time, so we just get to it without much fuss. There’s a tea stall at the corner where we usually end up during the afternoon break. It’s a good spot to hear what’s happening in the area. We don't have a polished front desk or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us covered in a bit of grease or busy with a blueprint. It’s honest work and we like being part of the industrial hub here. We just get things done and go home.
