Our office is in Rajakilpakkam, which is a neighborhood in Chennai. We are located at number 1, Plot 11, in the Visakaa Flats on K.A.P. Viswanathan Street. It is a residential street, so it is much quieter than the main roads in the city. We work inside a flat that we have converted into an office space. We have our computers set up and a small team of people who come in every day to work on software and data projects. Most of what we do involves sitting at screens for long hours, focusing on technical details. It isn't a flashy corporate building with a glass front. It feels more like a home where people happen to be doing a lot of typing and coding. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and eat our lunch together. In the afternoons, the street outside gets a bit busy with people coming home from school or work. We have been in this location for a while and we like the quiet atmosphere because it helps us concentrate on the processing tasks. We do not have a big HR department or fancy perks. We just show up, do the work that our clients need, and go home to our families. It is a very straightforward way of running a company. We focus on the quality of the data we handle and try to make sure we do not make many mistakes during the day.
