We have a location down in Chennai as well, over in Tambaram East. It’s at E3 Sivakami Apartments on Somasundram Street in Muthuvel Nagar. This is a bit of a change from our other spots in Pune. The area is quite residential and has that typical local Chennai feel with the narrow streets and the small shops nearby. Kpit Cummins Infosystems Ltd Pune operates out of this apartment. It’s the E3 unit in the block. It’s a modest setup, nothing like those huge glass IT towers you see along the OMR. We actually prefer being in a real neighborhood where things feel a bit more grounded. Somasundram Street is usually pretty busy with people going about their day and neighbors chatting. The building itself is a standard apartment block, nothing too fancy to look at. It can get quite warm in the afternoons here, but we have our fans and the AC going to keep things moving along. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense space for the team. We don’t have a big corporate sign out front, just the address and our name on the door. It’s just a group of us working out of a flat in the 600059 area. It’s a bit of a commute for some of the guys, but it’s a solid home base for our Chennai activities. We like the local vibe here.
